Effective 2026-08-09 · If what we collect ever changes, this page changes first.
The short version: we collect what you type into the free demo request form, we use it to build and deliver your demo, and we do not sell it or share it beyond the services that keep this site running.
What we collect
What you put in the demo request form: your business name, trade, town, the feel you want, your email address, the kind of site you picked, and the logo or style reference image if you attached one.
Standard technical logs from our hosting provider, like IP address and browser type, which every website's infrastructure records.
How we use it
To build the demo you asked for, deliver it to the email you gave us, and follow up about it. That is the whole list.
Where it lives
Request data is stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and expires automatically after 90 days.
Handled requests are deleted when the work is done, usually much sooner than that.
Delivery emails are sent through Resend, our email provider.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information, rent it, or hand it to data brokers. This site sets no tracking cookies.
Advertising
We advertise on platforms like Facebook. What those platforms collect while you are using them is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
Internal business tools
Roomate, LLC uses internal software (including an in-house automation assistant) to run its own operations, such as connecting to accounting platforms like QuickBooks Online to manage the company's own bookkeeping. These tools only access Roomate, LLC's own business accounts under the owner's direct authorization. They do not collect, access, or share data belonging to Roomedia's customers, demo requesters, or website visitors, and they are not used to process anyone else's personal information.
YouTube
Roomate, LLC also runs its own YouTube channels, and our internal upload tool uses YouTube API Services to publish our own original videos to those channels and check on their processing status. By using our channels or this site you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
The tool is used only by the company's owner, on his own computer, against the company's own channels. It has no outside users.
The only YouTube data it stores is the owner's own sign-in authorization (kept locally on his machine, never on a server) and the IDs and statuses of our own uploads.
It does not collect, store, or share any YouTube data about viewers, subscribers, commenters, or anyone else, and it never touches anyone else's account or channel.
