Free demo sites, the rate cards, and everything else on roomedia.studio are provided as-is to show prospective clients what Roomedia can build. Requesting a demo doesn't create any obligation to buy anything.
Roomate, LLC operates internal software, including an in-house automation assistant, to run its own business operations: bookkeeping, scheduling, content production, and similar internal work. Where that software connects to a third-party platform (for example, an accounting platform via that platform's API), the connection is authorized directly by Roomate, LLC's owner, is used solely for Roomate, LLC's own business data, and is not made available to any other party. Any end-user license terms required by a connected platform are accepted by Roomate, LLC as the operator and sole user of that connection.
One of those connections uses YouTube API Services to publish Roomate, LLC's own videos to its own YouTube channels. Users of that connection (that is, Roomate, LLC itself) and viewers of our channels are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle YouTube data is described in our privacy policy.
Everything here, including internal tools, is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Roomate, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its tools.
